Shipping
We ship all dolls and other items USPS first class mail. Insurance and tracking are not included in this form of shipping.
If you would like a quicker form of shipping please contact me on contact page and I will send you a custom listing with priority mail. Our first class generally is 3 to 4 days after it is shipped. It may take a a week to ship dolls. Frequently we have to make the dolls if supply is low to keep up with demand.
We will add card for gifts and wrap in tissue. Leave a note at end of checkout with instructions.
We will ship internationally and to Canada. Please drop us a note to email appledays@aol.com for shipping costs and I will send you a Pay Pal invoice or arrange for credit card charge. Add BBB to the subject line.
Payment
We take Pay Pal. You can charge with credit cards on the pay pal page. You do not have to have a Pay Pal account to charge on Pay Pal.
Returns
We have no returns on dolls unless damaged in transit. Please let us know within 3 days if damage has occurred. Email information regarding damage to appledays@aol.com. Add BBB to subject line.
Nominate a child
We also gift to Children's Oncology unit. Please contact us for information. We also take nominations to our nomination page for all children with childhood cancer.
We only add pictures of children with their Bee Brave Buddies dolls to our pages with full written permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not add any identifying names to children's pictures. Pictures are displayed to show how our dolls brighten up the children's day.
